Disgusting service from sales rep/cashier

I arrived at the store waiting to make a payment. There is one staff member in the hole store . She asked if I need to make a payment and I responded yes. She then advised me to use any other TFG store. This is utterly disgusting and poor service. I chose that specific store to make a payment and she is just too lazy to do her job. I will never purchase or walk into another Sterns store in future.
