Disgusting service

Over the long weekend I went to Sterns mall of Africa to buy a hand chain and was told it was out of stock I was then told to go to Sandton city because they have stock of this I live around mall of Africa an uber to Sandton and back worked out way more than the cost of delivery if I bought it on line , so I did the purchase and the same morning I phoned the head office to ask them to please put in a little gift bag and some ribbon as I'm using it as a gift because I saw that thr package was coming from the Sandton city sterns they said sorry no the following day which is the 4th of May I get the package It's in DISGUSTING CONDITION the box bent and box Dirty and the hand chain in a earring box and to top things all of the hand chain clamps not working so I phone the Sandton city branch to inform them and they tell me oh sorry please take it to mall of Africa and they will sort it out HOW WILL THEY SORT IT OUT WHEN THEY DONT HAVE STOCK !!!! I phone the head office and they hand the Matter over to the jewelry department that has little to no communication skills today the 5 th of May I sent 2 emails asking to call me and 3 hours later I get a email which asks me to wend pictures which I have done twice this is honestly disgusting
