Disgusted with service

Sterns galleria has the worst customer service ever. The 2 ladies on the floor were so rude and arrogant. The store was meant to close at 9pm. While I was walking around, 1 of them were sweeping and screamed at me saying "STAND OVER THERE". People who have no courtesy should not work in retail! They also had no gift boxes. For a Christmas period, how can you run short of boxes for a simple thing like a chain. With no ETA on the box.
