Disgusted customer

Disgusted with the service received, Came to return an item and because the store had no cash myself as the client was told they can't help me, i must go to another Sterns when i specifically told the sales lady this is the closest to me and I don't have funds to travel to another Sterns, She became cheeky and rude, Why should i be inconvenienced as the customer because of the store not having cash, I was willing to take gift card, but not after the sales lady was being so rude.. I will never shop at sterns parow center again nor refer anyone to that store l
