Disgusted

Disgusting service and products, my kids bought a bracelet for their mom for Xmas only for it to break 5 min of wearing it, took it back today they say sorry can't replace it they have to send it back to verify if we had broken it, this is utter nonsense and should be replaced with a new one right away. your products and service are little to be desired. i expect someone to get hold of me to resolve this right away.
