Disappointment and Dissatisfaction with jewelry

I'm writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the wedding ring set I purchased from Sterns in May 2025. Initially, the stones fell off the wedding band, and I had to return it in August. When I brought it back, the diamonds on both the band and ring had turned grey. The response was that it just needed polishing. However, a week later, the problem persists, and now both sets are discoloring to grey and dark green.

With the 6-month warranty almost over, I'm concerned about the durability and quality of the ring. Given the significant investment I made, I expect a certain level of craftsmanship and longevity. It's disheartening to experience these issues, especially since this ring holds sentimental value as it's for my wedding.

I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter urgently and provide a more permanent solution. I'm hoping we can resolve this issue before the warranty expires.
