Disappointing Experience With Sterns

A very disappointing experience

My mom bought me a watch from Sterns as a birthday gift. She purchased it in-store, but her time ran out before she could take the watch with her. The staff offered to deliver it to her workplace and said they knew where she worked.

When the watch was delivered, the packaging was already ripped. Since it was my birthday gift, my mom did not open it because she wanted to give it to me on my birthday.

Today, when I finally opened my birthday present, I was extremely disappointed to find that the watch itself was badly cracked and damaged.

I cannot say how the damage happened or whether it was done intentionally, but I do find it concerning that the package was already ripped when it was delivered and the watch was damaged inside.

This was supposed to be a special birthday gift, so it is really upsetting to receive a damaged product, especially after trusting the store to deliver it safely. I would appreciate an explanation from Stains and a proper solution to this issue.
