Disappointed

I bought a personalized pendant at Sterns online in early December order number #18918. I tried calling the tgf jewellery department ***.The number is unavailable. I called tgf ***they are clueless. I tried emailing ref CS-550820 for a complaint still no response. Going to the shop its no help. I need help this jewellery piece was for Christmas gift but I haven't received anything.
