Disapointed client

I have been a costumer for more than 20years with the Foschini group.Due to my working hours I can only make monthly payments via eft.When I went to buy a birthday gift for my daughter this afternoon.Where I had to drive to Clearwater Sterns after us staying in Randfontein, and they are the only Sterns that sells the nomination links, only to get there and them telling me they cant help me as the payments not reflecting in their account, after I have thr pop with me.I am deeply disapointed in Sterns/Foschini.For spoiling the special occasion of buying my daughter a birthday gift.. After them never having trouble with my acount..And the lady on the other line being very rude and unhelpful.
