Denied ring exchange
Hello , I went to Sterns at the GroveMall, to purchase a ring date 22 Aug 2024 , because the older one was hurting as it was small , I have been wearing it from 2018, so today 23 Aug 2024 I decided to ask for exchange for one I purchased yesterday , they said they can't help me because it has a scratch on it so I felt disappointed, can hello Peter assist me to exchange my ring with sterns store asomblief.

Thank you for taking my matter into consideration, I received a call by a lady whom sold the ring to me to come at the shop, however according to the manager of the store I was not help they still denying to exchange the ring , as a customer I am still disappointed and unsatisfactory
