Denied Exchange

Good Day

I received a watch from bought from Sterna Lephalale as a gift, I went to the store to exchange the watch because I had a similar watch to the one I received. I was told I cannot exchange the watch and have to keep something I do not want. This is unacceptable because I have bought from Strens before and have never had a problem.

Kindly assist me with this matter.
