Demanding for payment when it is not due!

I am DISGUSED with Sterns for sending an sms demanding payment from me and declaring that my account is in arrears!! Not only are they demanding my instalment for September but also for October!! It is only 2 October and such an arrogant and threatening sms is sent out to customers. My account is well managed and have never missed a single payment and yet I receive such rude sms's. This company does it every single month even before your account is due and they also charge you for the sms!!! The audacity of this company! I wish they could handle other customer queries with such efficiency! I asked them to cancel the Balance for Life programme which they subscribed me for without my permission and refund the money they billed me but to date no response from them! This is against the CPA and yet they treat customers this way. The only way to teach these companies a lesson is NOT to support them! General accounting rules is that interest is only added after +60 days and any formal demands such as sms messages may only be send after +90 days. Modern electronic communication now is used for demand letters and can hold in court. If my ITC is listed as non-payment I will take action
