Delayed cash refund

My husband bought a ring for on the 29th September, I didn't like it much, then took it back to the store for a cash refund the next day. It's been two weeks now, I have not received my refund, I've submitted all the required documents with no luck. The store manager..Nonhlanhla was very rude, told us if we didn't listen to her she'd stop following up on the process and let us do it ourselves. I mean, even at Shoprite you get a cash refund immediately, why should I wait two for refund, and still be patient, when people are not doing their job. The service at Stern's the Grove mall is just poor and pathetic!
