Delay in delivery

I ordered a gift and was informed that there would be a delay in delivery. I was scared that it would not reach me in time for the person's birthday, and in turn Nicolette Holtzman arranged for my gift to be wrapped and ready for pick up at the store closest to me that had the item in stock.
