********* and disgusting service, cheating their customers

I am very disgusted at the ********* service you provide to your customers. I brought in a watch which needed the straps to be replaced, someone called me and quoted me just above R600 and I accepted the quote. When I arrived today to fetch it today I was told to pay R882. Nothing near what I was quoted. When i asked the person I was dealing with(Candice) to listen to the recordings of the conversation when i was quoted, her response was "do you want to wait 6 weeks". When i brought in my watch there already was a lady very upset that your staff could not find her item vowing never to go near a Sterns again, i should have learnt from that and never did any business with you as never again shall I ever do any business with any of your branches.
