Customer confidentiality in sterns not important

I recently bought a phone at one of the establishment is soshanguve crossing, the phone died within 8 days. I returned the phone on the 20th of August till date, when I went to check on the status on the phone the manager was just rude and went as far as to go and gossip about my situation at another shop telling the staff there that she told me shut the staff because are used to me came and told me everything about what happened as I work in the mall aswell.
