i had account in 2006 witch i settled in 2008 , i over paid them R22.34 and 9 years later they list me on Credit Bureau for default payment ! i never received any letter or email demanding payment or to let me know that i am in arrears ... cause i am not !!!! now i get listed a bad payment name !!!!!!! thank you for messing up my record sterns you did job well done !!!!

They have contacted me but i am still listed with bureau ... thank you to the two ladies from TFG who helped me but i still think that i do not deserve to wait to get my name cleared they should follow correct procedure before listing .
