Continuous bad service

Having needing to send a bracelet recently purchased, in for an examination due to some stones falling off, I had the dreadful task of popping into the Sterns store at the Liberty Midlands Mall in Pietermaritzburg. Once being acknowledged AFTER a customer who walked in after me (nope, I was not browsing), the sales rep- young female- perhaps was having an off day, because the attitude I received from her really made me feel as though me requesting to have my bracelet sent in was coming out of her pocket. The level of irritation is quite baffling, its quite simple, if you are unhappy to do your job, stay at home. This was actually my most recent encounter with this store. The first bad experience occurred at the beginning of this year when I needed a ring resized. The sales rep, also young female, with the same level of irritation. If customers aren't needed, all the employees need to say is "take your business elsewhere", in this recession there are plenty jewelry stores that would be happy to pick up the sales.
