Complaint

Hello peter on the 24th of August my Fiancé and I bought my engagement ring at Sterns Westgate mall on the 29th of August the stone in my diamond ring came out don't know how I was sitting on my desk at work then boom it was gone.. I went back to the shop to explain what happened and the lady that assisted me took the ring back with its original box n slip ofcourse then they told me they will give me call to come back and take another ring or they will fix the one broken.. Later I receive a call telling me they can't replace the ring they can only put the stone back with additional cost.. Mind you they promised so I had to cancel my engagement party bacause I had no ring to celebrate for 😭 I will never trust their products not anymore
