I bought a watch on the 3rd of October for someone , they wrapped it for me since it was a gift . When I gave the watch to the owner(the person I bought for) he said it wasn’t working . Took it back on the 24th of October and the sterns people also failed to fix it so they said they will b taking it for repairs I’ll get it back before the 23rd of November. They never called me on the 23rd but for a call after a week from the head office to get back the watch and when I got there they told me they don’t have it they don’t know who called me . Since then I’ve been going up and down and I’m being told it was delivered to the wrong place I’ll get the watch on January because the place where it was sent to , they are still renovating it . I’m fed up and don’t know what else to do..... it’s too much Musina Mall Sterns
