A few months back I paid my Sterns account up to date to get it closed. I went into the promenade branch, paid my account and was advised it was closed however I'm now getting messages to say I've been handed over. I checked my credit report and noticed my rating came down. If this is not sorted in this week I will be going to the Ombudsman
