Cancelled sale

On Friday, 20 December 2024, we visited Sterns on the top floor of Canal Walk. I bought a Daniel Klein watch which had been marked down to R1 009. After leaving the store we received a notice from Nedbank to show us we had spent R1 545 at Sterns. Within 5 minutes after leaving the shop we went back to correct their mistake. We were informed that they could not locate the tag that showed this discount and according to their computer this product was R1 545, so we had to pay the full amount, which of course was not a question!! We cancelled the purchased and although I really wanted this watch, we had to leave without it. I will never do business with this shop again!!
