broken ring

isent back a ring that i bought there. my ring broke and they told me it was my fault that it broke so, ok fine i paid to have it fixed. when i got it back you can clearly see where there they \fixed\" it.when i put the ring on, it broke again. they just said to bring it back.but i do not live in pe. it takes me two hours drive there to haveit fixed what these people dont seem to understand. i was in the hospital shortly after the call in an accident so havent been able to get to them. so i want to know how are they going to fix the problem for me now? the ring was a gift and i want to haveit back like it was. the repairs were so up to sh#t you could see the marks. trying to buff it didnt work cause i could still see the marks before it broke again."
