Bought a watch but I do not have it

I bought a watch and the watch just stopped, I returned the watch and they gave me the other one, four months later the designs inside the watch glass piled off, I returned it and they told me it must go to be repaired, Four weeks later I went to check and I was informed that it will come next year,I told the lady that I don't want the watch anymore cause their watches are not quality.she told me that I must still wait for it to return and I will Han it back to the shop.joh disgusting. How can I purchase watch from them but I don't have it while is still under warranty..
