Beware - Sterns sold us **** jewellery

Everyone out there - please think twice before purchasing any jewellery from Sterns. This is my experience. A ring was purchased for my daughter in 2015. Last month the stone from the ring fell off. Took the ring together with stone and certificate to the Pavillon branch in Durban. The ring was checked and the manager confirmed that the stone is ****. He also indicated he needs to send the ring to undertake a QC test. Yesterday a Thea Marais contacted my daughter and mentioned that the ring was tampered with and they would not entertain our complaint. She also said that we can take this up further (legal route). What a petty excuse? U guys are a bunch of *******. A large company like this and this is their response. Hang your heads in shame - a bunch of ******.
