Bad workmanship

I bought a gold chain from Sterns at Lakeside Mall a few months ago as a gift for my wife. Since then, it has broken twice—each time in a different place. The first repair was done well and looked fine. However, the second break happened in another spot, and this time the repair was disappointing. Instead of properly soldering it, it looks like they glued it, which left a visible kink in the chain. It’s now uncomfortable for her to wear and doesn’t look the same. Very disappointing quality and service, especially considering it was meant to be a special gift
