Bad Telephone etiquettes and Unprofessionalism.

To Whom it concerns at Sterns. I wanted to buy a gift for Friend of mine, went online to see what can be suitable for her. I fell in love with a watch which I saw Sterns in Blue Route had one in stock. I decided let me call them to confirm the stock before going in the store. Wow I was not ready for the unprofessional Manager who picked up the phone. The Lady by the Name Lameez Kamaar picked up the phone politely and professionally I explained my name, while explaining she cut me off without completing the information I was giving her, she interrupted me by saying I must give her my number she will call me back she has customers in the store 😳. I then asked her what am I? Cause I am a potential customer over the phone, I told her what she just said was unprofessional and not the proper thing to say to customers. She continued without Apologising by saying she could've not answered the phone and helped the customers in store which also didn't make sense to me. She is not doing me a Favour by Answering The phone but her job. I told her not to justify her unprofessionalism. At this point I was not interested in speaking to her any further I then asked her to transfer me to a Manager she told me She is the Store Manager of that Store. I asked her what type of a Manager is she to not understand how to speak to Customers and justify her behavior? I cannot understand how Sterns Employs people who do not understand customer service and having the right Telephone etiquettes. How do you employ people who do not understand potential business.the business is going to lose potential customers in that store. I bought my wedding ring at Sterns and I love Thier watches. I have never received such pathetic service. Fire that Store Manager before you lose your business over Arrogant Branch Manager. She should know Better. Please feel free to contact me on, *** or ***. I don't think I will ever goto that Blue Route Branch. I mean even The Branch in Liberty Prominade does a great job. Blue Route is a Minus Zero. Train your Branch Managers Properly or Let them go for Individuals who knows how business work.
