Bad shopping experience at tfg (sterns)

So here's my story sometime in August my husband bought me a pair of earrings at sterns through his tfg account card somehow things got messed up and I didn't got my anniversary present on-time yesterday was the 9 of September when someone was knocking at my door it was the earings finally after numerous phone calls and emails my earings arrived when I open the box I immediately saw that it was the wrong earings so I thought okay I'm going to email tfg I was waiting so long I was ready to accept the earings even if it's was wrong then somehow the manager of sterns called my husband telling him he got the wrong earings and they want it back then she said they wil come and fetch the earings then my husband ask what about the right earings that was paid in August then she told him they wil bring it on a later date my husband the ask why can't they bring the right ones when they come and fetch the wrong ones till this day I'm still without my anniversary present we thinking about closing our tfg account we know it's sterns fault but if tfg sort out sterns I wouldn't have been without my earings still to this day
