Bad services from Sterns

I went to carnival mall yesterday to buy a necklace and Hazel told me they are out of stock and that she can't even outsource the product for me. I then drove all the way to Tsakane and to my surprise when they checked on the system it showed that they had stock. I am so disappointed to the service from carnival mall. Thank you to Boitumelo from Tsakane mall for finding the necklace and rapping it for me. Job well done
