Bad service, refund

I am not happy with Sterns Carlton Center, its been a month since i've been battling to get my refund in store, I was told that the store does not have cash I should come back on weekend. When I call in I get the same respond from a consultant Neo Thejane who laughed at me and told me that she will call me. I've been waiting for her call since the 20th of August till today. I really want my refund back.
