Bad service from sterns tsakane mall

I have claimed for my cellphone from finrite and they took turns to approve, now ever since it's been approved I'm receiving bad service from Strens. I went there too many times to ask for a form that'll allow me to take a decice from other TFG stores, since they don't a device that is priced R3899. Your Tsakane mall Sterns staff is still giving me a runaround and I'm being left behind from my own work. Another thing is that I need this phone urgently because at work there are Many modules I should complete but now I keep on recieving bad service from Sterns Tsakane Mall.

I can't afford losing a job because of your slow service, and these sterns people. If I can't be helped here, there other ways I will find to expose Finrite, and the staff working at Sterns. I can't afford being made a fool.
