Bad service from sterns festival mall kemptonpark

I had a worst experience today at sterns festival mall, I bought a ring from ireen mall yesterday so it was big I went to festival mall to get something small unfortunately it was out of stock, the lady who was helping me was so rude and giving me funny looks, I am so disappointed what I wanted was to get help to process with resize she was rude 100%rude

I am sales Consultant from certain company and I believe in providing the best and excellent customer service but what I saw today I don't even know what to say.

They should wear name tags and should be trained to treat customers fairly and equally regardless of how much money they are bringing to the business.

I've never been so hurt like today. I hope and believe that my complain reach to the store
