Bad service

Hi, my husband bought me a necklace for R1899 on the 1st of may 2023 I wore once and it broke I return it on August they told me they will send it to repair. It came back on the the 6 September and the next day it broke again when I returned it and ask that I exchange it for something else they said no I am not allowed to do because I bought it knowingly that it's too thin so asked them why sell if it too thin and not strong and for that amount? I am really disappointed and the attitude I was given was horrible. I am going to close their account and ask my husband to close his also and I will tell my family and friends not to buy at Sterns Secunda mall ever again
