Bad service and poor customer care

I bought a Mix watch at sterns in Kokstad on the 31 July 2023...the glass of the watch fell within a week of using it.On the 29 August 2023 i went back to the shop since tge warantee says it will be exchanged within 30 days.The manager refused to exchange it saying that since its was bought on Sale she cant replace it.She will just give me my money back.I refused to take the watch and she sent it for repairs.It came back in September not fixed.I did not take it.They sent it back.I do mot have the watch and when i go to the shop they do mot know anything.No one is communicating with me.The service is very bad
