BAD SERVICE AND **************

I was on vacation at herm**** ,i lsaw a watch and my wife saw a ring due to preparation for our marriage ,few weeks later will i was back to my area ,we decided no we actually bought the items but its duplicate.(already have ) ,i went to stern in blue route mall to first return the items ,i was told they dont have money,they sent me to KC ,and KC sent me to Century city all three shops did not help me. Few days later i went back to sterns blue route mall ,the cashier mentioned i don't have funds ,the next things ,i will see if i can assist you. I felt like i was discriminated and for the fact that i was sent to different shop for just refund it was unacceptable.i am not happy with the service all three sterns shop treated me wrt the assistance and i had to go and extra mile for me to get assisted and still nothing was done.
