Bad service and bad attitude

I lay by a ring @sterns and my sister pay it off at foschini I then took my slip to collect my ring,when I get De was told dey can't give me a ring because is still reflecting on deir side was told to go back to rundburg and reverse they pay ment or wait until 2,the staff where very rude telling mevthey can't risk deir job and talking to each other while I was standing there,what I didn't understand is that which risk they where talking abt because the balance reflecting on their system is the one on the receipt and it shows that i paid De money on the 15, overall was treated like a ***** waited for 30min before was assisted despite the fact that I told them that I'm travelling to mpumalanga but dey didn't care
