Bad service

I bought a watch a Timberland Watch from Sterns Mall of Africa around Aug/Sept. The watch stopped working. I took it back to the store and now I am getting the runaround. I can literally count how many times I have worn the watch but its an issue for them fixing what is under warranty of the watch.
