Bad Service

I am writing this letter to explain about a bad experience we had at Sterns Sandton City while we went to ask about watch straps for a Police watch that we bought 10 years ago. Little did we know that we are going to leave the store with a bitter taste in our mouth.

It is appalling to witness an employee Tsholofelo Letheko of such a respected company behave in such a rude and disrespectful manner ( I would like a Senior Manager to contact us to give full details of what occurred in that store today) and as well a formal email will be sent directly to Senior management. I was and still shocked and very disappointed to have been treated in this way and believe you should be aware of your employees actions. Thanks to Rodney (Area Manager) for giving us the name of the Store Manager after she bluntly refused to give us her name when we advised that we want to escalate this matter to someone who cares.

I’m beyond disgusted by how the Store manager and sales rep behaved. Please do get back to us ASAP!!!!
