Bad service

I did a lay bye at Stearns Jabulani on my return to cancel it the service was so bad I went there today the 13/06/2019 I was told if I want to cancel for me to get my money back I'll have to come back month end really. I went there coz I needed to refund today, should I have wanted to refund month end I should have went there month end. The manner and the attitude on their faces was so rude how can I wait so long just to get R400 back.
