Bad service

My sister bought rings last year March, as they where planing to get married this year in June unfortunately due to covid her husband passed away 2weeks before the wedding,she went back to the store to ask if she can exchange rings for something or get a gift card as the rings are bringing bad memories but the manager was very cold and refused to assist her.she said is more than six months and that we clear understand but we also didn't plan for this to happen and it was not in their plans to return rings.im very disappointed about the service we are receiving
