Bad service

I took my engagement ring to Stern N1 City to resize as it was a little too big for me. Firstly the customer service is not that great. No greeting with a smile. No emotion. I was told my ring will be ready on 29 Jan, but they'll call me when its ready. I got the call, but when I picked up there was no answer. I went to the store on 1 Feb and was told that someone spoke to me and confirmed that my ring is ready (this never happened). I fitted my ring and surprisingly my ring was made bigger and not smaller. I was told that i need to come back the following Tuesday to collect, it will be ready and they won't still call me. I went the followng Thursday (yesterday), my ring was not there. The company who delivers forgot my to bring my ring on Thursday (when i was told to collect on Tuesday already). Now i am told to collect today (Friday). Why am i even paying for this Nonsense service. Im waisting more petrol than anything else
