Bad service

Service at Sterns Evaton mall is very poor. I would give it no start if it was possible. I went there one day to buy my daughter earrings. The lady who was working that day was not interested, she had a very bad attitude. Today again 23/12/24 I went there to exchange earrings, I found two ladies and they were uninterested again. Worse part a friend of theirs walked in and they got excited to see her and ignored me. They told me they were offline without even trying to login their system. I guess it’s their culture there by the shop. I will never go there again!
