Bad service
What bad service at Sterns at the Glen my wife went to pay her account and was standing waiting for service when the sales person bypassed her to help other customers who came into the shop after her. When my wife asked why she did what she did she just said she has to help them. Is this the service one gets Her name was Mthembi. Shame STERNS Shame.
