Bad service

I went to Sterns Sammy Mark's Square to return a ring I bought that was to small. The assistant said she need to speak to the manager as the ring she believed I scratched and the manager then came out and said no we cannot take this ring back and I then looked around wanting to buy another ring and the service was extremely bad and depressing but because I needed the ring I ended up purchasing it. They would not take the other ring back because I did not firstly purchase it from them not that it had scratches
