BAD Service

I booked my watch in for repairs at sterns Promenade the repair the repair was then rejected due to no spares I then asked the the assistant to rebook the watch for repairs at tempo she booked it in i asked where my receipt she told me they would SMS me a message regarding booking up until today I have not received an SMS and now they telling me they cant find my watch I asked the manager to call me up until today she have not called me very disappointing. I would like to know who I can contact to resolve this issue and how will I get my watch back
