Bad service

I'm very much disappointed with the service of Sterns in Alberton City mall

In January this year, on my birthday I bought for myself a silver ring and Tempo silver watch.

Few days after wearing the watch, I've noticed that I started to have a skin irritation on my wrist, I was ******** about the irritation since I thought to myself that I'm wearing an original silver. Irritation worsen as time went by, it's when I've noticed that the problem is with the silver that I'm wearing.

Luckily I still had the box and the original till slip, I then decided to take the watch back for exchange or full refund.

The lady that was there she said she's unable to assist me since 30 days return time frame as lapsed🤔

Now I'm sitting here with an item that I paid so much money and yet I can't use, it's been unworn for quite some time now.

I find it very unfair not to be assisted.

I hope someone will get back to me asap.
