Bad quality rings sold

I bought a ring on the 31/05/2015 a silver one, then a week later took in the ring to be resized,<br> <br> on the 04/09/2015 I went in the shop to ask for it to be polished, i was advised that it has to be taken in for 3 days I then informed the lady that I need the ring same day so she said she will make a plan to polish it but I still need to take it in for 3 days next time of which I agreed.<br> <br> to my surprise on the 09/09/2015 the ring started turning black at the bottom it looks like I am wearing a rusted ring ,which really broke my heart as I was told when I bought the ring that the silver doesn't wear off.<br> <br> I am utterly disappointed with the quality of the rings sterns gave us and wouldn't recommend anyone to buy rings there, as much as the rings are affordable but the quality is very very poor.<br> <br>
