Bad Quality
Bought a ring from Sterns at Parow Center in October 2023. In Jan 2024 the colour of the silver started to fade away then in Feb 2024 the gold plate came loose from the ring . My wife returned the ring and expressed her dissappointment in the quality . They want to charge us 32% repair cost of what the ring cost us brand. It appears they are selling bad quality . Spread the news on all platforms .
