Bad online service. Never order from sterns online rather go to the store to avoid disappointments

Your online service is pathetic and your call center agents are *********** and rude only 1 out of the several agents that I spoke to was able to be honest with me and try to assist me as far as she could. I made a purchase of a watch as a gift for someone. The order should've been delivered by the 05th of Jan as I need it for the 7th of Jan 2021. The free gift was successfully delivered yet the actual order wasn't. Their online support consultants kept giving me false hope that the gift will be delivered by 3pm today now my mom's birthday is ruined because they failed to deliver her gift on time. When I called back a different agent assisted me and told me that the order won't b delivered today. What hurt me the most was the fact that they made me believe that they will make sure it's delivered today and I didn't make means to come up with a back up plan.
