Bad customer services kills the business.

I layby the rings at Crests Sterns so the priblem is that they suggested me to buy a bigger ring then they will cut it to a right size that was last year. So the lady who was helping me said it was just R250 to size the ring but I must first finish to pay, I was fine with that. Yesterday I went to pay again I asked how much must I pay to size the ring I said its R250 right the other lady said yes the other said its R300. So I said I wont pay R300 while they said its R250 now it raised to R300, I said I cannot pay for that much. I suggested them to look to other stores for me the right size they said they dont have I asked all of the stores don't have the size they said I must go my self to check with American Swiss. So I work for a Retail to if we don't have what a customer need it doesn't matter how much is the product I must make calls to find out if other store have what they need thats how u assist a customer. So with Stern I don't know maybe its becouse i layby chip rings that's is why they did what they did I'm not happy with the service. And its not a first time I buy from Sterns.
